The man behind Totally Unleashed genuinely moves heaven and earth for his customers. I contacted him with an incredibly last-minute request, and he spent hours doing everything in his power to make it happen for my little boy.
His passion for creating magical experiences and his determination not to let children down were clear in every conversation. He didn’t have to put in the time and effort that he did, but he truly cared and went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect.
You can tell this isn’t simply a business to him. He genuinely cares about the children and families he works with and will do everything possible to make them happy. That level of kindness, dedication and personal service is incredibly rare. I honestly cannot recommend him highly enough.
