What is Totally Unleashed Events?
Totally Unleashed Events provides large-scale entertainment, characters, interactive experiences and event attractions for parties, family events, festivals, schools, corporate events, shopping centres, holiday parks, funfairs and more. From life-size dinosaurs and giant characters to LED performers, foam parties, party tents and seasonal entertainment, we specialise in creating experiences that people remember.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in West Yorkshire but regularly travel throughout the UK. We work across Yorkshire, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, the Midlands, London, Scotland, Wales and beyond. Nationwide bookings are welcome, although travel charges may apply depending on location.
What types of events do you attend?
We cater for everything from private birthday parties to major public events. This includes family fun days, festivals, funfairs, farm parks, holiday parks, shopping centres, schools, nurseries, council events, corporate events, exhibitions, weddings, nightclubs, pubs, restaurants, Christmas events and Halloween events.
What entertainment can I book?
Our entertainment range is constantly growing. Options can include life-size dinosaurs and baby dinosaurs, giant Transformers-style characters, superheroes, LED Glowbots, Mirror Men, mascots, foam parties, inflatable party tents, themed inflatables, photo experiences, Christmas entertainment, walkabout characters and specialist performers. Not every attraction is available on every date, so early booking is recommended.
Can you create a package specifically for my event?
Yes. Many of our bookings are completely bespoke. Tell us your event type, location, expected attendance, timings and budget and we can recommend a combination of entertainment to suit your event rather than forcing you into a standard package.
How do I secure my booking?
Your date is not secured until the required deposit has been received and your booking has been confirmed. Because many of our dates, particularly weekends, school holidays, Halloween and Christmas, book well in advance, we recommend securing your date as soon as possible.
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable. Once your deposit has been paid, we reserve the entertainment, equipment and staffing required for your booking and turn away other enquiries for that date.
When is the remaining balance due?
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Late payments may result in additional administration charges or the booking being unable to proceed.
What happens if I cancel my event?
Cancellation terms depend on how close the cancellation is to the event date and the individual booking agreement. Deposits are non-refundable, and balances may still become payable where equipment, staff or performers have already been committed. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Many of our attractions can operate outdoors, but safety always comes first. Strong winds, severe rain, unsafe ground conditions or other extreme weather may affect certain performances or equipment. Some attractions can be moved indoors where a suitable venue is available. We recommend having a weather contingency wherever possible.
Can your entertainment be used indoors?
Yes, many of our acts are perfect for indoor venues. However, large characters, stilts, dinosaurs and inflatables require adequate ceiling height, access and operating space. If you are unsure, send us your venue details and measurements before booking and we can advise what will work.
How much space do you need?
This depends entirely on the attraction. A roaming character requires much less space than a large inflatable, foam party or full entertainment zone. We will provide the requirements for your chosen package before your event and may ask for photographs, measurements or access information.
Do you need electricity?
Some attractions require access to a suitable power supply, while others are completely self-contained. Larger setups, inflatables, lighting, sound systems and foam equipment may have specific electrical requirements. We will confirm everything needed before the event.
How long do the characters perform for?
Performance times vary depending on the act. Large costumes and walkabout characters normally work in timed appearances with breaks between sets rather than continuously for several hours. For larger events we can build a full appearance schedule so guests know when each character will be performing.
Can you provide a timetable for our event?
Yes. For events involving multiple characters or appearances, we can create an organised performance timetable. This works particularly well for farm parks, shopping centres, funfairs, festivals and family days because it encourages visitors to stay longer and gives you specific appearance times to promote
